The rent is $1350.00 plus utilities (such as gas, electric and cable/internet) I do require the first month's rent, last and $1350.00 security (therefore, move in cost is $4050.00) The house has 3 bedrooms, living room with a flat screen TV, 1 bath, new eat-in kitchen, wall to wall carpeting, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, gas heat and cooking, ceiling fans in every room, fenced in patio with table and chairs, picnic table w/umbrella, huge outdoor shower. High-Speed Wireless Internet Access (using your own computer). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and a large closet, the second bedroom has a double bed, tall dresser and closet, the huge third bedroom (sleeps 6 people) has a full/double bunk bed, a single/twin bunk bed, dresser, closet, tile floor and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything you would need just as if you were home. For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking there is a gas barbecue grill. The house sits in a quiet, wooded setting close to shops, a farmers market, Acme food store and restaurants.
