Hello, I have a (Winter rental) furnished three bedroom / one bath house for rent in North Cape May NJ. Rental is from September 1st. 2021 to May 1st. 2022. The rent is $1500.00 plus utilities (such as gas and electric) I do require the first and last month's rent and one month security (therefore, move in cost is $4500.00) The house has 3 bedrooms, eat in kitchen, living room with a flat screen TV, 1 bath, wall to wall carpeting, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, gas heat, Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and a large closet, second bedroom has a full sized bed, dresser and closet, the huge third bedroom has a two bunk beds, one single and the other a full size the room sleeps six people, two dressers and one closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything you would need. For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking there is a gas barbecue grill. Ceiling fans in every room, fenced in patio with table and chairs, picnic table w/umbrella, huge outdoor shower. High-Speed Wireless Internet Access (using your own computer) The house sits in a quiet, wooded setting close to shops, a farmers market, Acme food store and restaurants. The house is a quick (1) mile bike ride to the bay, (4 miles) drive to Cape May, 15 minutes to Wildwood boardwalks, and approx. 40 minutes to Atlantic City.
