The 2 years living at this cozy townhome was enjoyable and very comfortable. It was perfect for me and my two ~boys and they had plenty of room to play in the spacious backyard. I loved having an up to date kitchen and modern bathroom. Most of all the landlord, Chris Shea, was always very helpful and responsive to all of my concerns. He took immediate action insuring necessary repairs or correcting problems efficiently and quickly. He truly cared about the comfort and safety of his tenants which I appreciated so much!
