Luxuriate with your morning coffee, or a glass of wine to help you unwind from your busy day. There is a fenced-in back yard and storage shed for all that extra "stuff" we all have. The driveway is two-cars-wide and make parking a breeze. Note: There are some scams where individuals "steal" the profiles of homes for rent and market them on FaceBook and other rental sites at a very low rental rate. They hope you will send them money to "hold" the house for you (they always seem to be out-of-town). Don't fall for these scams. All potential tenants must complete a credit and background check through TransUnion SmartMove. This will include all residents, 18 and above. A fee is paid by each potential tenant to TransUnion.
