This is a mobile home park, we have lots for rent, at this time 3 are available. We provide the water, sewer, and trash, we doing the mowing but not the weed eating. This is a quite family park, we don't tolerate parties due to several tenants working shift work. Lease is for one year, then goes month to month. We provide water, sewer, trash, we mow but do not weed eat your unit. Pet Policy is no more than 2 pets, no more than 20 lbs, and inside only. City ordinance and our policy is no pets on chain, rope or wire rope...basically no outside pets, they will be pick up and removed.
