We are located in a quite mobile home park that is not party central, we take care of mowing, weed eating, water, garbage and sewer, this is not all bills paid. We do not take vouchers. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to apply also. NO EXCEPTIONS No evections on your record for 7 years. Small pets only, cats and dogs, no more than 2, such as 1 dog 1 cat or 2 dogs, 2 cats, but absolutely no more than 2 Pets must be less than 20 pounds, inside only. Must have up to date vaccinations. Lease is for 12 months then goes to month to month.
