This is a very beautiful, meticulously well kept, older property, consisting of 18 units and nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. We are located near the 101 highway and Vineland Ave on ramp. We are also within walking distance to the Woodbridge Park and to many quaint little shops and restaurants in our neighborhood on Tunjuga Ave. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and even though I have attached some pictures of our property, pool, and the apartment you really must see it to fully appreciate it. No smoking in the apartment or on the property. The lease is a 1 year lease and reverts to month to month after one year. We are a rent controlled property and will increase your rent from the lowest 1% to a maximum of 5% every year per whatever the percentage the city allows us to for any particular year. Also ONCE a year we have 2 fees that each tenant pays, usually in the late summer which total approximately $70-$80.
