We are located near the 101 highway and Vineland Ave on ramp. We are within walking distance to the Woodbridge Park and to many quaint little shops and restaurants in our neighborhood on Tujunga Ave. We are also within walking distance to a large grocery store and several restarurants off of Vineland Ave. This 1 bedroom apartment is approximately 600 square feet, is very spacious and located on the 1st floor. The unit has been totally reconditioned and is immaculately clean and honeslty, a really beautiful apartment. I don't generally post pictures here because I strongly feel you really must experience our precious property in person to fully appreciate it. The stove, refrigerator and an AC wall unit is included. Renter is responsible for gas and electric and required to submit proof of Account of Service for these utilities within 1 week of move in. Renter also is required to obtain Renter's Insurance within 1 week of move in. Rent is $1900.00 + a Deposit of $1900.00 for a total move-in of $3800.00. These monies are paid the first month with a cashiers check. Your deposit is NOT a last months rent but a security deposit held for potential damages to the apartment. After you pay the first month and deposit monies with a cashiers check you may pay your future month's rent monies of $1900.00 with a personal check. There is absolutely No smoking in the unit or on any part of the property. Up to 2 INDOOR Cats are ok.
