My roommate and I are trying to sublease our adorable 2 bed one bath home off Mountain and Adams. We are right next to the Zona Verde Apartments and 2 blocks behind Eller. The total rent is $1050 a month or $525 each and does include wifi and trash. Water, gas, and electric are not included but remain under $80 when split by roommates. Laundry is included and is on the back porch. Lots of natural lighting from the windows and the kitchen skylight. There is a parking lot in the back of the house. There are two separate leases. Move in would be January 1st. Could be a few days earlier if needed. My roommate will be gone on the 16th of December and I can be out before the first if needed. Message me if interested.
