This unit has NO KITCHEN** but has a full-size refrigerator/freezer. An induction burner and electric water kettle are available upon request. Utilities are included with the rent up to a maximum amount. (The owner can provide more details, but I've never reached the maximum amount). One-time $150 move-in/lease (administrative) fee 1 month's rent refundable security deposit. This unit has heat/AC, a ceiling fan and vinyl tile floor. The bathroom is very small with a sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub). Owner provides a security patrol, coin-operated laundry and bike racks. We are close to bike paths and Public Transportation.
