House is fully furnished and stocked with dishes, flatware, utensils, sheets, towels, etc. All utilities are included. The lease can be for 30 days or up to 12 months Housekeeping service is optional once per month for $165 per cleaning. Landlord is responsible for landscaping and lawn maintenance.
