    We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house on .16 city lot on Kalispells very desirable East Side that we are finishing up a complete remodel on. So far we have had all electrical completely updated and inspector came out yesterday (April 16th) and it passed all inspection. Plumbing is 90 percent complete and will be completed here shortly. All new vinyl windows being put in today (April 17th) and job will be done on April 24th. New 2 stage furnace installed by Central Air and Heating, new H2O tank, new toilet, new vanity, house is on a complete new foundation. Original hardwood floor in living room and 1 bedroom. There is an upstairs but no windows and is attic trusses so cannot stand up straight in parts. However, this house would be very easy to add onto down the line, if so desired. Brand new oversized 18x24 single car garage built last fall. So, most major stuff/expenses are complete. We are to the point where that's all that will be left to do is couple new doors, the outside currently needs either newer siding or painting, painting inside, new flooring in kitchen, bath and back bedroom, which we do have these materials (living room and front bedroom have original hardwood and we are keeping them.) currently needs appliances and steps/deck off the front and back of the house (which we have most material, cedar lumber for the steps/deck) and landscaping as there's currently no lawn. We do plan on completing project by May if we have no offers and listing with an agent that we know. She says if we complete these final steps she would list it at minimum $295,000. If you are interested in finishing house up and choosing your own appliances and flooring, doing some painting and your own landscaping, and completing few other jobs you could earn instant equity and this would be your way to go.
