We are to the point where that's all that will be left to do is couple new doors, the outside currently needs either newer siding or painting, painting inside, new flooring in kitchen, bath and back bedroom, which we do have these materials (living room and front bedroom have original hardwood and we are keeping them.) currently needs appliances and steps/deck off the front and back of the house (which we have most material, cedar lumber for the steps/deck) and landscaping as there's currently no lawn. We do plan on completing project by May if we have no offers and listing with an agent that we know. She says if we complete these final steps she would list it at minimum $295,000. If you are interested in finishing house up and choosing your own appliances and flooring, doing some painting and your own landscaping, and completing few other jobs you could earn instant equity and this would be your way to go.
