The fridge water and spout next to the sink is RO filtered water with minerals added back in and the entire home has a full house water filter as well. Enjoy the air purification from our multiple air filters around the house in addition to air humidifiers also located around the house for your enjoyment. You hope you will enjoy all the coffee table books located around the house, they are a window into our favorite places around the world. Ample closet space in the kitchen area, large entertaining kitchen, custom wood dining table, and new fridge, oven, dishwarer, and microwave. The property is across the street from the Golden Rec Center which has a sauna, lap pool, fitness classes, and full gym. Day passes can be purchased at the Rec Center Front Desk! Tube rentals can be acquired by Adventure West Rental Company just down the road! Last month's rent is due at signing, the owner pays water, the renter pays gas, electricity, trash, and unlimited internet at $100 a month. Cable TV is not included, but available at renters' request; additional costs may apply. Lease duration 7 months + at minimum. No smoking of any kind (vaping included), no parties or events of any kind. Trash pickup every Tuesday in the alley. Parking included (3 spots).
