I have a water cooler if you want one. I can share some room in my small freezer in the other room if needed. Including No loud parties or loud music. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm inside the house. Low music allowed outside until 1:00am as to not to disturb the landlord or neighbours. Visitors are to leave by 1:00am unless otherwise negotiated and approved. Fire in the firepit must be completely extinguished prior to leaving it for the night, including any lingering embers. Firepit must not be left unattended. Tenant will share cost of wood if they are using it. The tenant will notify the landlord immediately of any damage or anything wrong with the property or furnishings. This is not a complete list of lease terms and conditions.
