The interior pictured area is used by renter only (not shared). The bar area works great with a toaster oven, hot plate, and air fryer. There is 8' of counter space. So you have your own kitchen. The bathroom is also not shared and all yours. There also is a furnace and air conditioner that the renter controls. I can not make exceptions to any of these terms. Application fee is $40 per applicant. Rent is 3x income Renter pays gas and electric. No Cosigners 1yr minimum term No Dogs No smoking inside the property or in the Yard Utilities are shared and roomates portion should not exceed $100.
