The basement has its own bathroom and bar area (see pics). There is also a furnace and air conditioning system in the basement area. The rear entry of basement is your exclusive exit to the exterior of property. The entire building was renovated a few years ago. All residenets are quiet and the owner lives at the building. Renovations included are all new energy efficient doors, windows, hot water, insulation, furnace and air conditioning. TERMS Minimum 12 month term lease. Application fee is $50 per applicant. Deposit is one month of rent & subject to income requirement. Utilities are split and should not exceed $100/month. Applicant will be screened. NON Smokers only 1) You must have good credit. 2) You must have excellent rental history. 3) Must income qualify (3x) 4) 1 cat is ok but no dogs 5) No Crim background issues See Below
