We love this home and our neighbors so we're looking for a responsible person (or couple) who will love it as much as us! The neighborhood is amazing - super quiet with friendly neighbors, and walking distance from all the fun in the Lower Highlands. There is very easy access to both I-70 and I-25. The home was fully renovated in 2017. It features: *Stainless steel appliances, custom designed tile work & cabinetry and quartz countertops *Premium washer/dryer *Vaulted ceilings (11'+) with a large skylight which makes the space feel a lot bigger *SimpliSafe security system (renter responsible for monthly fee if they want it) *Custom blinds in the large front window and custom blackout shades in the bedroom *Central air conditioning *Off-street parking that can fit 2 cars. Additional free street parking out front. *A fully fenced-in backyard with a large trex deck, string lighting, a lawn area (comes with an electric lawn mower), 2 raised beds for a veggies or flowers, and an automatic irrigation system.
