I bought this home 19 years ago and have been steadily restoring it and the gardens, to make it a warm loving sanctuary for anyone who lives here or visits. I am a gardener, a non-smoker, and a health oriented natural foodie. I don't require, but will happily welcome anyone interested in helping with the garden. I have a natural respect of privacy for myself and others, and expect the same of my tenant. This property has the feel of a bed and breakfast. UNFURNISHED. All images shown are during occupancy of a previous tenant. Rental price INCLUDES WIFI & ALL UTILITIES. Storage space in the eaves, accessible to you from within your apartment. Off street parking spot. Laundry facility in the basement. Access to yard and garden space for hanging out and relaxing. No pets. No smoking. No incense. All tenants vaccinated. Stairs. Entry is through the house, but a quick shot up the stairs into your own private world. Only additional cost is pitching in your share for snow shoveling, as needed, in the winter(average cost to you $5-15 per event). The term of lease is one year: May 1, 2022- April 30th, 2023. I am quiet and respectful of my tenants and expect them to be the same to me. If there are any problems in the apartment (something breaks, leaky pipe, dripping faucet, etc...), notify me immediately so I can remedy it. I am the kind of landlord who takes very good care of the property.
