The garden level condo offers modern design elements with cozy, warm details, and lives much larger than it's 280 square feet. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable home - a private entrance with security push button lock, secure garage parking, super fast WiFi, radiant floor heat, LG washer/dyer combo unit, a high efficiency heat pump/air conditioning unit, and a built in twin murphy bed with a super comfortable 10" memory foam mattress. The condo can be rented furnished or unfurnished. In addition to the built in murphy bed, the current living space includes a built in desk, a wall mounted flat screen smart TV, and a sectional sofa that easily converts into a sleeper (with a very nice memory foam mattress topper that perfectly stores in the cabinet when not in use). Both beds are truly very comfortable. Built in shelving throughout offers plenty of storage space. Rent is $1800 + $100 flat fee for all utilities/amenities - a secure garage parking spot, WiFi, electricity, and water/sewer/garbage. $500 deposit is fully refundable assuming no damages and the required move out notice is provided. A well behaved dog is permitted with an additional $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. I'm open to flexible lease terms, with a minimum of 3 months. Available on July 1st with some flexibility for earlier.
