It sits between HITS and Ocala and is an easy drive either direction. This super clean apartment has 15-foot ceilings and is nicely and fully furnished with central a/c, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. All household items like dishes, toaster, coffee maker, linens, iron, etc. are provided for short-term stays. Bedding is not provided for long-term stays. There's a large BBQ on the terrace with a bar and pergola. Internet, Directv, water, pest control, electricity, and sewage service are included. There is one king bed in the master, one twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, and one full bed in the mezzanine of the 2nd bedroom. Stays of 2 months or less require all payment in advance. Pets are considered with an additional non-refundable fee of $250/pet. There is a non-refundable setup fee of $150-$250 that is dependent on the rental term. This is an all-inclusive monthly rent rate for April thru December only. Renting beyond December is possible but conditions apply. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Owner provides water, electricity, pest control, internet, Directv, and sewage.
