I have a singlewide Prestige 1992, 3 bdrm 1 bth, located in Saginaw Twp and Hemlock schools district. Lot rent is $305 if you have a dog there is a fee of $10 extra per month. I have nice neighbor's and it is quiet. The house includes all appliences all which are newer except the stove (its not ancient tho) everything works great, newer carpet and mew linoleum in kitchen and halway bathroom and master bedrooms have hardwood floors. The roof is in good shape furnace and hot waterheater. There is no central air, I used two window units which work just as good. The shed is very spacious and has a work bench and a loft up top. There are beautiful flowers that come up every year with alot of trees grasses and perennials. I took extra good care of this home and would be perfect for really anyone.
