For long term renters (ie...Truckee locals) there is the possibility to get access to the Truckee Recreation facility that is ~10mins walk from the house, this can be discussed during application process. APPLICATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO VIEWING Owner pays sewer, 1 trash can per week. Tenant pays for remaining utilities via Flat Fate along with rent ( Has averaged $250/mo in the past).
