The heat from the pellet stove can heat most the house through the floor vents. This is a lake property house right on the lake. Washer and drier down stairs shared with the tenets next door. This is a short term rental only move in date will be October 1st 2026 through March 31th 2026. This is a non smoking home. Any smoking done must be outside. No party's will be allowed at the property. If these things happen immediately the rental agreement will be broken without your deposit back. Electric is to be put in your name Durning your lease. Internet is included. Snow removal will be available at a cost. If you cannot find your own snow removal please contact the property management. Heat is not included.
