Our prior tenants have loved the home. Since the initial photos were taken, an additional privacy fence has been built (not included in photos) in the back that allows privacy, ample parking both inside and outside of the fence, and a secure area for beloved pets. Great location, historic home, loads of parking, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with basement underneath for storage. Lease available beginning December 1st, 2025. Furnished home could be available for long-term Corporate/Exec Rental Contract. New updates/renovation include: New Central Air and Heat, all new windows, all new electrical, plumbing, lighting, appliances, ceiling fans, drywall and paint, concrete floors in master and refinished 1903 hardwood floors in the remainder of the house, 10 foot ceilings throughout the house, built-in stained glass in every door, full kitchen and renovation of bathrooms x 2, new year privacy fence. We will live locally, and manage the property ourselves, and are ideally looking for longer-term tenants to call this great property their new home. We will write in the lease that it's rent-controlled (i.e. we will never raise the lease prices on you during an active/current lease, regardless if you stay 1-year or 10 years; we also write in the lease that we will never sell the home while we are in an active lease with you). To secure the lease, we would request completion of an application and background check with a couple of reference checks via Zillow, and finally first month's rent ($2700) + a refundable security deposit of $2700. Once we near completion, a walk-through and meet and greet can be arranged; however, our current tenants are still in the property for one more month, so scheduling will be limited to be respectful of their time and space. Pets are welcome, and no additional pet deposits are required. We will write in the lease that no smoking or drug use (of any type) is allowed in the property.
