Hi! We just purchased this property less than a week ago and are in the process of prepping it for the next tenant. It is a HUGE 1,388 square foot three bedroom with a walk in pantry, a dining room and a private 2 car garage. As it is, it is completely habitable, but could definitely use a freshening up. We intend to have the carpet removed before anyone moves in, but we are not yet sure if it will be replaced by new carpet or if the hardwood floors beneath are in good shape. We will supply the stove and fridge. There are hookups in the basement for a washer and dryer. We are offering this apartment for immediate occupancy, but will continue to prep it in case there are no takers until next month when it should be done. This property has been very well maintained by the previous owners who lived here for the last 40 years. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric and lawn mowing. We pay for the water. We prefer no pets, but are willing to negotiate with tenants who have declawed cats and/or small well behaved dogs. Please note that under no circumstances can we allow dogs of a vicious breed due to insurance restrictions. To qualify, you must be able to prove a gross income of at least $2,550/mo. Also, we don't rent to people who have been evicted.
