Hi! Our apartment is huge with 1,388 square feet, a dining room, a huge walk in pantry (which is big enough for an office or nursery), an included stove and fridge, hookups for a washer and dryer and an off street parking space. We purchased this house a year ago. The previous owner's family lived here for the last 40 years and their pride of ownership still shows. We will discount the rent by $25/mo if you pay electronically using our online autopay, thus reducing the monthly rent to $750/mo. Tenants are responsible for the gas and electric bills while we pay for the water. Tenants are also responsbile for snow removal. We prefer no pets, but are willing to negotiate with tenants who have declawed cats and/or well behaved small dogs. Our insurance does not allow dogs of a vicious breed regardless of age or temperament. That means no pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, Doberman pinschers, etc. You will need to be able to prove a gross monthly income of at least $2,250 in order to qualify. Also, we do not rent to people who have been evicted.
