Amazing full-floor (top floor) private bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom available in our newer Fishtown home. Just one flight of stairs above your bedroom leads to a roof deck with lovely center city views. The suite is inclusive of a closet system, ceiling fan, desk, storage cubbies, dual-vanity bathroom, oversized walk-in shower with rain head fixture, and separate water closet. Adjacent to the suite is the laundry room and stairs leading to the roof deck. We are two working professionals in our 40s looking to rent one bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home. We have two cats. One of us commutes to work Monday through Friday, while the other works from home. The location of the home is ideal - on a quiet, tree-lined street within a 2-5 minute walk of the Market Frankford El, Johnny Brenda's, Barcade, The Fillmore, Frankford Hall, Penn Treaty Park, La Colombe, 3J's Market, and many others. Northern Liberties is a short walk away as well. The bedroom is available fully furnished with a new queen bed and memory foam mattress. We are flexible with move-in date and lease terms, but we'd prefer at least a 6 month commitment, but open to longer if it's a good fit. No pets, please.
