Our stainless steel appliances are in great shape; the oven is brand new and has a double oven, four gas burners and a griddle. We have a dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Our property is available for 1-2 months at a time. The only utilities not included in the base rent is water and heating as these fees vary per usage. All other utilities are included in the base rent. There is absolutely no smoking permitted in and on the property as there will be a loss in the security deposit. Bringing pets (dogs are welcome but unfortunately, no cats as we are allergic) will require an additional monthly cleaning fee and a pet deposit fee.
