One parking spaces in the driveway is provided. Tenant is responsible for putting the garbage out on the curb each Tuesday evening. Quiet hours (no laundry or loud TV noise from 10 PM to 7 AM) must be maintained each day. Long term tenants occupy the lower level. The owners keep things in the garage and may stay on property.
