This home is ready to move into and in a great location! Only a 5 minute drive to the downtown square of Ocala, and the home is very convenient to grocery shopping, drug stores, banks, retail shopping, movie theater, restaurants, and Silver Springs State Park. Aggressive breeds will NOT be permitted, firm. NO CATS, REPTILES, etc Refundable pet deposit of $500 for pet. Refundable if there is no damage to the property. Pet fee of $300 per pet, one time, non refundable. Renter must pass and pay for a credit/background check, approximately $40. Renter should have a minimum of 620 credit score, ability to provide proof of employment. NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS in unit FIRM. Any damage to home or property or odor in home will result in complete loss of security deposit and immediate removal from home.
