(This unit is very peaceful with a wooded back area but does not get a lot of sunlight, and men generally prefer their cave-like environs better.) Last tenant was an airline pilot which worked well. One bedroom and one bath, and a small den that most have used as an office/storage. Living room area is fairly small as well. Newly remodeled kitchen and new carpet and paint throughout, heated bidet with dryer in bathroom. Bedroom is pretty soundproof with 4 layers of drywall ceiling and insulation. Separate entrance has a patio and small wood deck at your disposal. One reserved parking space for you in front. Only shared spaced is the laundry room which also has private entrances on both sides. No smoking and no dogs (a cat may be negotiable), and again please be just one person. This unit is really too small for 2 people.
