Fully furnished home, it has a very large, master bedroom w/ on suite bathroom, and two closets. Another bedroom has a very nice big office in it. And room for a queen bed. It has 2,1/2 Bathrooms. It comes fully furnished with your own backyard, garage parking and driveway parking. It has its own washer and dryer, fully air-conditioned and a community pool. One room has a king bed, the other is a large office and and a sofa as is set up as a sitting room but can be changed to a second bedroom. The back yard is very nice with a key pond outdoor tons of furniture and fully enclosed. The complete home is yours for 10 months of the year. Two months of the year we will return to visit family. During this time we will take care not to disturb you as my wife and I view this to be your home, we have our own private guest quarters and we will make sure to give you your privacy. There is a community swimming pool, and if you are into hiking, we are just a five-minute walk to the best hiking trails in all of San Diego ( Los Penasquitos Canyon ). You can hike to the river, which is covered in a forest canopy (45 min.) to the waterfall (90 min.) or you can hike the 8.5 miles all the way to Torrey Pines and Del Mar Beaches. All utilities, gas, electric, water & trash come to a fixed $220 per month The lease is for one year minimum.
