The bedroom has a ceiling fan, heating, and a closet with shelving and hanging space. The back courtyard is available to all tenants and is shared among the other buildings. During the summer, a gazebo with couches and ample seating is available, along with a natural gas grill for use and a space to connect with others. There is bicycle storage in the garage off the courtyard for bikes. During the summer months, we often BBQ and hang out in the courtyard, welcoming anyone who would like to join.
