Someone who is environmentally conscious, willing to compost, reduce their waste, recycle if necessary, enjoys chatting with fellow tenants, and is willing to help maintain the communal vibe. The apartment was remodeled in 2015 with a dishwasher, range, range hood, refrigerator, Ice machine, and washer and dryer. The open-concept dining room and kitchen space includes original exposed brick walls and wall shelving. The bathroom has been upgraded with a new vanity, a stand-up shower with glass tile, heated floors, and an exhaust fan. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, heating, and a closet with shelving and hanging space. Air conditioning is available in every room, provided by a wall-mounted mini split unit that offers both heating and cooling. Each bedroom has additional wall-mounted electrical heat.
