Not a house only a camper lot . Looking for a great vacation / retirement place? Well this is it , Walnut Island is in the center of Grandy , 20 minutes from the beach tons of great restaurants to choose from also right down the road from H2OBX waterpark, also if you have a golf cart they ride around the area all the time they go across the highway to get to foodlion or the gas stations . We have a camper lot coming up for rent in the private section of Walnut Island on or around August 18th 2024 , the lot has electric and sewage hook ups , canal in the backyard with a bulkhead ( needs repaired but does not affect the property ) . Had a property surveyor there a few months ago and let me know that our property is on the highest point of land so it's least likely to flood . Renter is responsible for water and electric bills , taking care of property maintenance ( mowing grass , picking up animal waste )
