We have a lower-level two-bedroom unit available for viewing now in our quaint 14-unit complex. The floorpan is spacious and the master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet. Our apartments don't stay vacant very long, so act now if you'd like to see it or apply. The unit has fresh paint and new carpet. A stainless steel stove and refrigerator are being installed this week. The tiles in the bathroom were resurfaced over the weekend. Water and trash are paid. Currently there is no parking spot for this unit, but the tenant will be put on a waiting list for the opportunity to receive a parking spot at a later date. We don't allow pets. The deposit is $1,000 on approved credit.
