Hello, We have a great two-bedroom apartment available in our quaint 14-unit gated complex, which features stainless steel appliances and hardwood (laminate) floors throughout. The unit is on the second level. The open floor plan apartment, located a few blocks east of downtown Mar Vista and a few blocks west of Culver City on Venice Boulevard, is ready for move-in now. Deposit is $1000 on approved credit. Cold Hard Facts: 1) We don't allow pets. 2) The apartment currently does not have a parking space. There is a short waiting list for a parking space but we can't promise when one will become available. 3) Application/background check fees are $35 per adult applicant. We use our own third-party service and can't accept your independent credit reports. 4) If your plan is to move in and then invite a friend or two to live in the apartment to split costs, that would be a violation of the lease. All residents must pass a background/credit check and be on the lease before moving in. Times are tough right now but we need to know everyone who's living in our building. 5) The lease is for one-year.
