Private, cozy, and comfortable little studio in a neighborhood setting. Across a quiet street from neighborhood trail access. Easy walk to public transit and local parks. About 10 minutes from Anschutz Medical Campus (University of Colorado Hospital, Children's Hospital, VA Medical Center) and 20 minutes to downtown locations. This studio was originally designed as an ADU/counseling office/music studio. We were thoughtful about design and soundproofing for privacy. Furnishings include a couch that easily converts to a bed (World Market), a second lofted sleeping area (most tenants would likely prefer to use this for storage versus sleeping- it's COZY!), wall mount desk, wall mount television, bathroom with tile shower, kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, sink, and storage shelves), dresser, and clothes hanging bar. There is also an outdoor patio area in the front of the studio, at the end of the driveway. This studio was lovingly and thoughtfully designed. The space would be ideal for a student, medical trainee (e.g., resident, fellow), travel nurse, or professional who wants a comfy, small space in Denver that makes access to mountains affordable! There are note laundry facilities in this space; the nearest laundromat is about 2 blocks away, and there are many other options around locally as well. Landlords live locally and are available as needed, usually within minutes to hours of texting/calling. Lease minimum 1 month. Prefer 3 month minimum and will consider longer leases as well. Of note: The tenants in the house have private yard access (front and backyard spaces), as well as parking in the driveway. -Electricity, water, and trash/recycling added to costs & fee structure as flat fees ($40 + $10 = $50 monthly total). Tenant responsible for internet/cable. The tenants of the house also have internet and may be willing to share their access with negotiated fee. -Parking is on the street, where there is ample parking available. Tenants in the house (versus the studio) have access to the driveway for parking. Studio tenant accesses the studio through walking on the driveway. -There is a small patio in the front of the studio. The backyard is private for the tenants of the house.
