The building is heated by radiator so you can keep it toasty in the winter with no high gas bills. The open floorplan of the apartment features beautiful new floors throughout (the last photo has the new flooring) and a surprisingly-spacious kitchen open to the main living space. The kitchen has lots of cabinet/storage space plus a dishwasher, gas stove, they're stainless steel appliances. There is a large closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo (it's a giant clawfoot tub - excellent for long baths to de-stress :) ). There's also a washer and dryer in the building.
