The upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms (one is set up as a TV room), 1 large bathroom with jet soaking tub and shower. One of the bedrooms is quite large, and has a private balcony, as well as several closets and a wood burning stove. 2 of the 4 rooms would come furnished if subtenant prefers.There is a shared common area kitchen, half bath, dining room and formal living room on the first level of the home. There is a shared laundry area in the basement. My private suite (on first floor) is locked and closed to the common areas.Parking is in the driveway. The garage is not included in the sublease. The monthly rental fee includes all utilities, cable (2 DVRS upstairs with all major cable packages), trash/recycle, water, yard maintenance, snow removal.I do have a very friendly dog who is not permitted upstairs and who stays with me in my suite at all times. She does make a fine watch dog!Property located on small horse farm but tenants not permitted access to barn areas. Almost across street from Monon Center! Located on greenway which attaches to all Hamilton County greenways! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just 2 miles from Arts District! Sublease would run August 15, 2015 through June 30, 2016. If suitable, a 12 month sublease or lease can then be obtained beginning July 1, 2016.
