This room includes street parking only, but there is tons of space on the street. Shared garbage responsibilities, but includes a professional cleaning of common areas 1-2 times a month. 15 minute walk to restaurants and Safeway. Air conditioned house. Fiber internet with wired port in bedroom and wireless. Room does not come furnished. No smoking. No cats. Other caged/aquarium pets on case-by-case basis. 2 dogs currently in the house, but not looking to add more. I'm usually just in my room working or playing video games, with occasional friends over but no wild parties. Other guy is more outdoorsy.
