I'm renting out the entire basement of my home, 800-850 sq ft. The newly remodeled master bedroom and bath are downstairs. The washer and dryer are down stairs and would be the only shared items down there. Master bedroom and bath are very large, and a decent sized living space. One drawback is there is no kitchen down there, so we'd have to work out how much you want to cook. It is a great home in the quiet, safe Monclair neighborhood with really good neighbors. Looking for someone who is relatively quiet and keeps to themselves. Obviously you can have guests but no parties, no smoking, loud music and coming and going all hours of the night, ect. 6 to 12 month lease or month to month
