The apartment is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on the third floor. I am breaking my lease with Sun Prairie Apartments due to job changes and relationship issues. This is not a lease takeover rather a 'reassignment' and the tenant would have to be approved by management and make their own lease. (Shortest available is 6 months). Security deposit: 300 Application: 35 Rent: 860 which includes ALL utilities except electricity. My electricity bill usually runs 30-40 because the complex is very energy efficient (i.e. there are window quilts on bedroom window and patio door). The rent also includes expanded basic cable. This was a huge selling point for me because I didn't have to worry about setting up cable and I could watch all the football games this fall! Laundry in building. No pets. No smoking. Private patio is huge! 8' by 12' and looks over a pond with lots of trees and geese. Appliances are new and include: fridge dishwasher oven microwave and nice sink and garbage disposal. Carpet in main rooms; wood in kitchen and tile in bathroom. Pool playground and FREE gym membership to fitness world! Also I have had experience with bad apartment management in the past and I really enjoyed the staff here. Applying was easy and maintenance requests were responded to immediately. Parking was also a great part of living here there are always many spots right by my building and you can rent a garage if needed as well. I would prefer the move-in date to be December 1st but if you needed to move in earlier we could discuss that.
