Very well taken care of Centerville condo. The great thing about condo living is services provided for you such as snow removal, lawn and exterior maintenance, trash is all take care of for you! Airy feel due to vaulted ceilings in great room and 1 bedroom. The great room also has the added bonus of skylights! A lot of work has gone into keeping this property at it best! New siding and exterior lights, kitchen countertops, kitchen sink were all replaced in 2013. In 2011, a new water heater was installed and garage opener/keypad was replaced. Also, the heat pump, windows and sliding door (Anderson), and roof were all replaced as well! Even the deck was rebuilt with Trex decking. Not to mention the serenity of having no rear neighbors and a wooded lot! Very nice condo that has a lot to offer someone!
