Walking distance to stores, cafes, restaurants, drugstores and more on the Bloorcourt section of Bloor Street. Also easy walking distance to the Geary Strip. Building is in a safe neighbourhood and also offers 24/7 camera surveillance. Street parking right outside your front door if you have a vehicle. (Permit required for overnight parking.)
