    For rent, by owner: 10 minutes to gate 7 of the Redstone Arsenal and Publix, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you work on the Arsenal, this is perfect because there's no traffic either way. No pets, no smoking or vaping. Partially furnished, and I (owner) live in the house and will move out before you move in. Upstairs: Master bedroom with attached full bath, double vanity and walk-in closet on one side of the house, guest suite on the other side of the house with a bedroom and walk in closet and full bathroom. Third bedroom is presently an office space. Downstairs/Ground level - Big living room and open kitchen with fridge and freezer, pantry space, plenty of cabinet space, and half bath. In between the kitchen area and the garage, doors on either side, is the laundry room with the water heater, washer, and dryer. 2-Car Garage: Great for sedans or small trucks, though if you have one of those gigantic trucks it may not fit. You still have the driveway though. Renter gets the full house, and is also responsible for: electricity, internet, and water bills (budget an average of ~$200/month for all those combined). If you agree to mow and weed-eat the lawn, that's an extra $50/month off the rent ($600/year). Expectations are simple: pay the rent on time every time and keep the house clean. If anything goes wrong at all - give me (the owner and landlord) a call or text, and I'll have a contractor come take a look at it. The house is new (built 2013) and well-maintained. 1 year lease preferred. Renter is responsible for their own electricity, internet, and water. No Pets. No smoking or vaping. Rent will be decreased by $50/month ($600/year) if renter mows the lawn and weed-eats, lawnmower and weed-eater provided by owner.
