This Cottage borders the George Washington National Forest and is ideal for walking to hiking trails, trout fishing and other activities in the national forest. There are two streams/rivers that meet about a 5 minute walk from the cottage. This cottage is located within walking distance of all of our other cabins here in Rawley Springs. The other properties on the road the cottage is located on are not fixed up yet either and they all need work (some more than others). This Cottage is by no means new or luxurious, but it is rather quaint and cute, but very rustic and not at all updated. The cabin right next door to this cottage on the right is in very bad shape (cosmetically). There is another cabin on the other side of this cottage as well. tenant pays utilities
