Security deposit $1,950 (refundable if property is left in good shape per lease agreement). Monthly Pet Rent of $25 per pet, is nonrefundable. Pet Fee of $300 per pet, is a onetime nonrefundable fee. Deposits and fees are due within 24 hours of approval. First month's rent is due at signing of lease agreement.
