Fenced backyard with a backyard deck (shade during the summer) and ample front yard. We have solar panels and an AV hookup for electric cars. On average, electric bills have been $11/month. This home has an ideal location right across from a park, great for children and dogs alike. The master bedroom has the full view of Canyons Mountain Resort which is amazing during sunrises and sunsets. We are located within walking-distance from the Round Valley Trail system which is 600+ acres for biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and walking with your dog. The Trailside School District is surrounded by trail systems, bike park, skate park, soccer fields, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. This home is 15-20 mins drive to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village.
