Private room has access to shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and large back patio including a built in fire pit for enjoying under the stars. All Utilities are included with high speed wifi internet available for use. Your private suite includes a comfortable bamboo queen bed with a cotton antimicrobial and allergen mattress protector, fresh bedding, and pillows. In addition to a comfortable bed you will also have a comfortable love seat, 32" smart TV, desk area with a wifi access point, a mini kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot with a built in grinder, and a large closet with dresser space, iron and board, and plenty of hangers for all your clothes. The room is also dressed with blackout curtains for day sleepers which can be opened to let lots of natural light in if you prefer. The common spaces (living room, kitchen, laundry room, and yard) are shared with one other tenant that rents the other two rooms and bathroom in the house. The other tenant is our adult son and works full time for Yavapai Regional Medical Center as a phone operator. There is one friendly dog (smaller husky) that lives on the property.
